Part frothy pop and part guitar - assaulting rock, the Pink Spiders are like Weezer and Guns N' Roses rolled into one. Though they hail from Nashville, the band's third, most high - profile album was recorded at New York City's famed Electric Lady studios with Cars frontman - turned - taste - making producer Ric Ocasek (No Doubt, Le Tigre, Guided by Voices) at the helm.
