PHIL THOMPSON

Under the moniker of Moonface, Phil Thompson is a maestro in electronic dance music, coming to notice with his breakthrough hit 'Futurized Fears', a track which hits you over and over again like a wave of euphoria.

After DJing around the local scene in Southampton, John Digweed caught his stuff, and liked it enough to sign him to Bedrock, where he shone with a 6 track mini album 'Between Worlds' which was voted album of the month by several magazines.

Building up a growing following, Phil is equally at home building the night up with his blend of cool, smooth electronic music, then bringing it to a banging end:

Ambient to click house electronica to funky tech house to deep tribal grooves to driving hypnotic beats to tech house to twisted funky techno to trippy after hours to futuristic electronica to global acoustic music to drum and bass to breaks... it's all in there somewhere!

Phil continues to produce tracks, working in his studio as often as he can, pushing forward and developing his sounds, as well as trying to get his head round his digital equipment. "The love of music never ends, I am able to share this love when DJing, bringing new sounds to your ears..."
