DJ Heather gets off to a very slow start on this next one, the 21st offering from the UK-based Fabric series, and unfortunately she doesn't try to make up for lost time along the way. The mix lacks the build-up and release that makes a good dance album great, and little new ground is explored and experimented upon. There are, however, a few hidden gems such as the gorgeous grooves of DJ Mes's 'Back To The Program' and the dirtier beats of C Pen's 'Puffin Stuff', which save this album from becoming overwhelmingly monotonous. A disappointing offering from a usually electric deejay.
