OZZY OSBOURNE Down To Earth

Returning after prancing around in his role as metal's elder statesman for 6 odd years, Mr. Osbourne dusts off his cape to do battle with the nu-metal minions, without relying upon electronics or rap. This collection most resembles the Ozzmosis period with its heavy handed No More Tears single. By and large, Ozzy remains one of those more tolerable uncles who always seem bent on giving the kids the most presents at Christmas and biggest fright at Halloween. It's for heads and the lyrics don't break new ground. A guilty pleasure.
