PET SHOP BOYS Back to Mine

Synth-pop progenitors the Pet Shop Boys released Back to Mine on July 5th. This isn't just a new batch of tunes from the songwriting duo of Chris Lowe and Neil Tennant; Back to Mine features two discs of handpicked songs from their favourite artists. Think of it as an end-of-the-school-year mix-tape made just for you by the Pet Shop Boys. Disc One contains Lowe's most beloved songs about "love, friendship, sex, religion, hope and despair" (according to a press statement), while Tennant sought to compile a track list that was perfect for winding down after an intense night on the town on Disc Two.
