Mind, Body and Soul sees this 17-year-old flexing some serious lyrical and musical muscle, with Joss co-writing the album, dispensing tracks with a kind of personal and musical maturity that eludes most adolescent female artistes. The first single, "You Had Me", is sufrciently popish but Joss' deep tone gives the track an edge while "Spoiled" resonates with richness and intensity. With soul, force and honesty, Mind, Body and Soul shows off Joss at a new high.
